Mixing Nozzle
Two components chemical anchor needs to be well mixed before use. The mixing nozzle plays key role for the mixing. When caulking the chemical anchor, the resin and hardener will mix evenly in the nozzle. Once the chemical anchor mixed, the curing reaction is started. It is good to know the installation time to avoid the resin getting harden in the nozzle. If it required longer installation time or if the cartridge of chemical anchor cannot use up one time, then you will need to prepare spare mixing nozzles for next usage. Good Use offer 2 types of mixing nozzle, both are designed and produced at our factory.
Blow-Out Pump
Cleaning drilled holes is the must-do action before installation. Otherwise, the dust will lower the bonding strength of the chemical anchor adhesive, so blow-out pump and steel brush are definitely the key tools that you must have for installation. Firstly, use the blow-out pump to blow out the dust, and then use steel brush to clean the remain dust. Repeat the two steps and make sure the drilled holes are cleaned.
