Designed for anchoring structural steel connections in environments with high acid and alkali exposure, we recommend using the GU-600 Epoxy Acrylate with styrene or the GU-2000 without styrene. All of our injectable cartridge mortars have been rigorously tested in European laboratories to ensure optimal performance for structural connections involving post-installed rebar and threaded anchors.

Acrylated epoxy adhesive chemical anchor system

GU-600 is a fast-curing concrete anchor adhesive based on epoxy acrylate resin with styrene, designed for heavy-duty anchoring applications. The 360ml dual-component epoxy glue is engineered for high bonding performance, making it ideal for securing anchor bolts, studs, threaded rods, and rebars into reinforced concrete, rock, stone, and granite. This versatile adhesive also delivers superior bonding strength in hollow masonry and precast units, especially when used with appropriate anchor sleeves. GU-600 is the perfect solution for demanding applications requiring high-performance anchoring and long-lasting durability.

How to install a chemical anchor?

1. Drill the Hole: Drill the hole to the required diameter and depth as specified for the anchor installation. 2. Clean the Hole: Use a brush and air blow pump to thoroughly clean the hole, removing any dust or debris to ensure optimal bonding. 3. Remove Unmixed Mortar: Press out any unmixed mortar that cannot be used to ensure proper consistency when injecting the resin. 4. Inject the Mixed Mortar: Begin injecting the mixed mortar from the bottom of the drilled hole, filling it evenly. 5. Insert the Anchor: Insert and rotate the rebar, threaded rod, or steel strip into the drilled hole. Ensure the anchor is fully inserted without disturbing it until the resin has fully cured. Note: Avoid touching the inserted anchor until full curing is complete. Refer to our Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for specific curing times. Proper installation is crucial for maximizing the bonding performance of chemical anchors.
