Where can chemical glue be used?

There are so many places you can use chemical adhesive for fixings. For instance fixing the handrail, setting sunlight awning, grounding aluminum track, install air conditioner, decorate the garden which all use fasteners for fixings. Directly fixing fasteners like expansion bolt or wall plug are mechanical design to grip the concrete which is easy to use but not for heavy weight load or long durability. On the contrary, the adhesive grouting the concrete hole and bolt seamless will ensure full connection for both materials and bring much more bonding strength.

How to install chemical anchor?

Drill the concrete with specific depth according to technical instruction of each size of rebar and threaded rod. Clean the drilled hole certainly with steel brush and air pump. The dust in the hole also cause strength reduced. Assemble injectable glue cartridge on caulking gun, press out unmixed resin which is white color and can't be used. When the mixed resin become grey, inject into the hole start from hole bottom. Rotate the rebar into the hole which insure glue fully adhered with the thread of rebar. Wait for full hardened before weight loading.

What is the fixing strength of chemical glue?

The strength of rebar, concrete and chemical glue are the key factor of outcome. If one of them is low strength, the result strength is limited. For example, when rebar grade is low which may cause rebar break that can't reach maximum bonding strength. If concrete psi level is not strong enough that will lead to concrete broken. So when you know what fixing strength is required, should consider these 3 materials matching well.
